Planning Week, Fall 2012 – Minimalist Closet Hack: Limited Color Palette

As you may recall from this post about building a minimalist wardrobe, one of my key strategies is to have a limited color palette. For fall, I wanted to pick some more traditional autumn colors.

Behold!

I love color, so it shouldn’t be a surprise not to see black included here. My neutral colors will be brown and navy, and my main colors will be mauve, pumpkin, and mustard.  For my recent acquisitions, I’m already focusing on these colors, long before they will be in my wardrobe (October 1).

This week continues, I will show you how this color cornerstone will shape my entire fall wardrobe and will make looking fabulous easy peasy throughout October, November, and December.

Have you thought about what colors you will be wearing for Fall 2012? I would love to hear!
